Seafood will thaw by the cold water, asparin hot water and put on fire, add cream and spices, ovarium 1/3 of the volume of the cream on medium heat

Prepare greens and garlic

Cream sauce with seafood remove from heat and crush it in a clove of garlic (do not boil along with the garlic, otherwise the flavor will go)
