Tender chicken breast
I said in one of my recipes that we mail to send flyers advertising a magazine and include a couple of recipes, it is a very good recipes. I'm not a fan of chicken breast but this recipe I became a fan of chicken breast :-) I cooked this brisket, frying in the frying pan, and how kebab meat is tasty, tender and flavorful, not just hot but cold, we have remained a small piece, and I on the second day made it a salad, it was delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 cup

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 tsp

  • A mixture of spices

  • Chicken breast

    450 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Combine all the ingredients except the chicken breast and butter. Mix well.

2. Add brisket and mix well.

3. The meat should be completely covered by the marinade. Marinate 45 minutes or overnight.

4. Heat the oil and fry until cooked or cook barbecue!!!
