Mackerel in hot marinade
Look through all the recipes and salty marinated mackerel and, to my great surprise, have not found. Typically the mackerel is cooked cold marinade, I would like to propose a recipe in which the fish is poured hot, almost boiling marinade. Fish turns out very tender and juicy, with a wonderful aroma of marinated onion and black pepper.
