Cooking

step-0
Yesterday I was a fun night, just started making the sourdough for pancakes, the power went out, all the pictures were done by candlelight (romance!!!), please do not judge strictly for the pictures. So first of all make the dough. Crumble yeast in a bowl + 100 ml of warm milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir and set aside. Now, in the remaining warm milk add the yeast mixture, salt, sugar, sifted flour, lightly beaten eggs thoroughly with a whisk similarity, it is bubbling and very thick mass, we will cover the dishes and leave to rise for an hour.
step-1
The dough has risen to top of pans (I have 4-liter), add melted butter, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil, carefully mix the dough again settled to the original volume, leave (covered) to ferment (about an hour, depends on the temperature in the kitchen).
step-2
So again risen dough after fermentation (it is possible it was once more upset, but I was in pitch darkness, with a small piece of candle, such a perspective did not fit (given that I started the dough for the bread!!!)), so I heat the pan, lubricated it with a brush with vegetable oil and began frying pancakes.
step-3
Here is the pancake in the pan, in the middle of large holes, and on each side a small fine, by the way the dough is perfectly spread on a greased pan, when baking yeast pancakes are very problematic!!!
step-4
Blinkov happened about thirty, the hill to take a picture failed, the candle burning low.
step-5
Here in this picture is perfectly visible on the openwork pancakes, which are thin and perfectly curled.
