Cooking
Boil in water 2 tbsp of rice to the rice was overcooked. Milk pour into a saucepan, add the cooked rice, sugar and bring to a boil.
Starch, vanilla sugar, mix with a little milk and put into mixture yolk. If you like a thick pudding, then feel free to add 3 tbsp. spoon of starch (and I often do).
In the starch mixture pour a few tablespoons of hot milk, mix thoroughly and only then pour the entire mixture into the milk. Stirring occasionally, cook for about 10 minutes. When the mass thickens, remove from heat.
Sutlac pour in heat-resistant forms. When I didn't have the molds, I baked sutlac in the form of a large glass - it turned out not less tasty :) put in pan with water (making a water bath) in the oven at 200 C until Golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Get our sutlac from the oven and sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon. Cooled. In Turkey andadult at room temperature, and then put in the fridge for an hour and served cold. but I love when the dessert is chilled to room temperature - it takes about 2 hours)
Frankly, for me it's not a dessert)) and a full Breakfast or dinner, well if you take 2 servings;) have a nice appetite!!
