Manta
I want to share the recipe of the mantle. These dumplings I learned to make in Tajikistan. It is festive, hearty and tasty dish!!! For the holidays and after I cook it. Of course all are happy, fed and happy.

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Onion

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

Diced onions (onions do not regret, what it is, the juicier -dumplings) and add to the minced meat. Is to cut the meat in small pieces, but I milled. Add salt, black pepper, garlic (finely cut), zero.
