Potato Gauranga
This is my debut on "cook. ru". Do not judge strictly. )) Offer the recipe of famous Indian dishes potato Gauranga, which translates as "Golden potato." In fact, variations of this recipe very much, here is one of them. The recipe is not casual used Adygei cheese, it adds an unusual taste and softness.   • Sour cream

  • Melted butter

  • Coriander

    3 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

Cooking

1.Cut the potatoes into thin slices 2. On a large grater shred soft cheese 3. Mix sour cream with all spices. salt and herbs 4. Form grease with oil

7. Pour sour cream and butter. and so until all the ingredients. The last layer of cheese. 8. Sprinkle with flour to form the crust. 9. Put in oven for 45 minutes At 200 degrees.
