Description
This recipe always comes to the rescue when there is no time at all, and guests at the door. For cooking you need only a good meat quality and pre-boiled vegetables. And even better if in the fridge is a mixture of frozen vegetables, the more varied the vegetables, the brighter and tastier the dish will turn out. I especially recommend to pay attention to novice cooks, as nothing complicated in its preparation no, and the result is guaranteed. Help yourself, dear Cooks!

Cooking
Onion peel and finely chop.
Crackers (savory) and place in a blender...
... and grind into fine crumbs.
In a bowl add the eggs, ketchup, soy sauce (I have a mild sauce TM Kikkoman), black pepper. Mix everything with a fork.
Add the beef, onions and crackers. Mix thoroughly and beat the meat. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
Sweet pepper wash, peel, dice and add to stuffing. I added the vegetable mix, pre-defrost (not full glass). Stir so that the vegetables are distributed evenly.
Rectangular shape to cover the foil and brush with oil.
Put into a form stuffing, tamping and levelling. Cover the top with foil. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
Meat loaf remove from the oven, let stand for 10 minutes, remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
