Ingredients

  • Potato starch

    20 g

  • Fructose

    20 g

  • Pectin

    1 tsp

  • Molasses

    1 tsp

  • The food dye

  • Water

    40 g

Mix all the dry ingredients and mix well (sugar or fructose, starch and pectin. And, if you have a dry dye is also added.

Then, if you have gel or liquid dye, as I do, add it at this stage and again knead it all with a spoon until smooth. I added white food coloring because I had to get white lace, not grey (from pectin and starch)
