Porridge
Bright yellow, tasty, hearty and very tasty porridge! Once you try - you will not be able to deny yourself the pleasure to cook it again!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    450 ml

  • Wheat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Cooking

Flakes grind in a coffee grinder

into crumbs. I did with the stock.

Pine nuts fry on a dry pan.

Boil the broth, add salt. While stirring, add slowly the semolina and stir for another 2 minutes (so lumps are not formed). Cook for 5-7 minutes on very low heat. In the process stir 2-3 times.

In the finished porridge add millet "flour" and

stir well.

Add the curry and butter and let stand for 1-2 minutes.

Stir, put it on plates and serve with pine nuts.
