Salad
This salad is very simple. Does not require any special effort nor any exotic ingredients. But the result is remarkable. This salad can be made from potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sesame

    15 g

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beans need to soak (I do this overnight) and then boil.

Sesame seeds and fry a little on a dry pan.

Onion cut into half rings.

Garlic - plates, pepper - julienne.

Put the onions in a heated pan and fry about 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and peppers and continue frying for another 3-4 minutes.

Soy sauce mixed with sugar and heat to dissolve the latter. Pour in Apple cider vinegar (I have a home "production") and add sesame seeds.

Beans mixed with roasted vegetables and top with sauce. Let stand for 30 minutes. And to bring to the table.
