Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    70 g

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Cut into julienne ham, pepperoni and cucumber.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Prunes and eggs finely chop.

In a glass salad bowl to lay layers of corn, ham, eggs, cucumber, fillet, prunes, cheese.

Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream, pour on top of salad. Decorate with slices of eggs, olives and parsley.
