Cooking
In a saucepan pour the milk and water, add the butter and salt. Bring to a boil.
Immediately add all the flour and quickly stir. The dough should form into a lump. To make dough for 2-5 min.
The ready dough put in a bowl and allow to cool.
In the chilled dough add one egg and mix thoroughly with a spatula, so we enter all the eggs. Eggs may need more or less.
The finished dough should be smooth, without lumps. Falls from my shoulder-blade wide ribbon.
Spread the dough in a pastry bag, or you can use dense pack, and planted it on a baking sheet at a sufficient distance from each other because during the baking process they increase in size. To bake in pre-heated the oven to a temperature of 220g. 20-25 min until Golden brown, then the temperature decreases up to 120g. and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The oven during cooking, do not open otherwise the puffs will fall.
