Recipes American pancakes (for me it taste more like delicate pancakes) called "pancake&a mp;quot; there are many. I want to offer you a very simple but, in my opinion, the best option for cooking a lush pancakes. Involved with milk the pancakes turn out very airy and delicate, the taste, the smell and structure is very similar to a biscuit. These pancakes serve with jam, any syrup, honey - we liked with condensed milk - just mind otesh as tasty!)) Incredibly delicious - highly recommend!!! In the recipe the absence of oil. From serving get 10 pancakes, our family of 3 people just enough for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    240 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Leavening agent

    9 g

  • Vanilla

  • Condensed milk

Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar with a whisk, add warm milk, mix well. Pour the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla, mix well with a whisk, the dough will be like a medium thickness cream.

Preheat the pan (I bake the crepes). No oil and grease not to add, the pancakes are baked on a dry pan. In the middle of the pan spread 2-3 tablespoons of dough (I put 2 spoon), leveling to form a pancake.
