A list of my favorite dishes with rice would be incomplete if there will be fish pie with rice. Rice soaked in fish juices, great. This cake will delight guests and family will make the dinner unforgettable.

I took this pie to white fat fish - lingcod. Thawed it.
Removed the backbone and gills.
For the filling, used the rice Mistral Kuban, it is perfectly softens and becomes very tender.
Boiled until half cooked rice, added sauteed onion, salt, pepper, dried dill and mix.
Lay the stuffing on one half of the fish.
Close the fish and press with hands.
Now roll the dough and make cuts, as I have in the photo.
