Beans in Czech
This was the title of this recipe written in my culinary notebook. I dare to hope that it was correct, but anyway this is a very tasty appetizer salad. Come, let's cook together!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Bow white

    3 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

I have green beans (reserve a few bushes especially "dry" for small beans), but the salad can be made from any bean, smaller is better. Beans rinse, soak for 2 hours in cold water, then boil for 1.5-2 hours in the same water. If the beans are colored, it is better to soak and boil it separately, so the colors are not mixed, then in a salad it will look prettier. Beans cool completely in the water in which it cooked. Then rinse.

Onion chopped as fine as possible. Parsley chop, add to the onions. Pour 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp vinegar (original Apple, but I had a vinegar dressing for sushi with sugar and salt). Add salt, pepper or your favorite pepper mixture.

Mix well with a fork, pushing the bow, that he gave juice.

It remains to mix the dressing with the beans. Salad must withstand a few hours in the cold. At least 2 hours. When applying excess liquid to drain.
