My version of the salad
Variations of this salad on the website, but I changed a few things. It was very tasty, I advise everyone to try)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    120 g

  • Mushrooms

    120 g

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Pineapple

    120 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Grapes

    100 g

We need: chicken Breast, canned mushrooms, cheese, fresh pineapple, walnuts, natural yogurt, soy sauce, grapes green seedless.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, fry in a pan with seasoning (like what to whom, I took a mixture of Provencal herbs). Allow to cool and put in a salad bowl. This will be the first layer.

Coat layer dressing: mix natural yogurt with soy sauce.

Mushrooms recline in a colander to drain liquid, chop finely and spread on the chicken. This is the second layer. Fluff dressing.

Finely chop the pineapple and put it on the mushrooms. This is the third layer. Coat with dressing.

Nuts grind in a blender, spread on the pineapple. This is the fourth layer, coat with dressing.

Cheese RUB on a small grater, put on the nuts. This is the last, fifth layer.

Pour all the remaining dressing.

Grapes cut into two halves and decorate them the top of the salad. Bon appetit!!!
