Description
With lace, carved plastic napkin, chocolate glaze, powdered sugar and sweet silver beads it is very easy gracefully to decorate cakes.

Cooking
Make the glaze chocolate and 33% cream in a water bath to break the chocolate into small pieces and stir with cream until a homogeneous shiny mass. Apply on pie, or cake, or cupcake using a silicone brush. To wait for it to cool down the frosting (you can put in the fridge for 5 minutes) and applied to the surface of the carved plastic napkin.
A bit of icing sugar tie a piece of bandage and gently tapping on the cloth, apply powder. The napkin can be applied not to the entire surface, and portions, creating your pattern. Remove it and decorate advanced surface baking beads.
