Bright cake, which will decorate any holiday!

Ingredients

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    30 g

  • Mineral water

    90 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Wafer rolls

    250 g

  • Chocolate milk

  • Truffle

Would like to bake a chiffon cake. For this mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar.

Add oil, cold water and egg yolks.

In a separate bowl, whisk whites until strong peaks. All carefully mix.
