Cooking
Would like to bake a chiffon cake. For this mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar.
Add oil, cold water and egg yolks.
In a separate bowl, whisk whites until strong peaks. All carefully mix.
Stir very well to protein was not visible, otherwise when baking the voids.
Form grease with oil, sprinkle with semolina. Biscuit bake at 180 degrees for 50 mins. I baked in silicone form for cupcakes, since I had to pack in a box this size. Better, of course, the oven in smooth round shape.
