                            Heat the milk and cover the rump, salt, sugar, vanilla.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Use semolina from "Mistral". Cook like ordinary porridge until thick. Let cool to room temperature.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            In a sundae dish or glass put a spoonful of cold porridge, the top layer of jam.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Again put a layer of porridge.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Pour citrus marmalade with pieces of peel.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Garnish with mound of porridge.
