Cooking
Prepare your ingredients:
In a glass jar (with a lid) container, or pour cereal and add milk with the kefir (or yogurt). Add applesauce (preferably without cream), cinnamon and honey.
Cut the Apple into small pieces and mix with porridge.
Close tightly with a lid and shake well.
Then put in the fridge overnight and in the morning enjoy a delicious and healthy Breakfast!
