Cooking
Chicken breast salt, pepper, bake until tender. Cool, cut into dice.
Onion cut into half rings, fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
Add to the onions sliced mushrooms, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Potatoes clean, cut into cubes, fry until cooked in vegetable oil. At the end add salt, add spices.
Putting it all together - potatoes, chicken breast, onions+mushrooms. Mix gently.
Add the milk, melted cheese. All warm up for 5-10 minutes to melt cheese and every bite was a milky creamy sauce. At the end add the chopped green onions. Serve hot. Well, sooooo delicious!
