Turkmen Fitch
This is a very juicy dish! At the time I had the opportunity to live in Turkmenistan. The then Turkmen SSR, all have been changed, and the dish remained. Fans of baking with meat is dedicated.

Ingredients

Water, flour, salt and oil knead the dough is not very steep. Allow to rest for 20 minutes and again promoseven.
