I liked the recipe from the Internet, it is very tempting to try the Mojito flavor in baking... it turned out - very!!! Mint, lime, rum taste, the cupcakes are moderately moist, slightly crumbly, and that was more elegant, adorned with protein-butter cream (thanks to the author!). So I think that it's all the same - muffins or cakes? And after all- the cupcake!

Cooking
Firstly, we will test... sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, baking powder.

Baked cupcakes will put to cool and make the cream... in egg whites (3 pieces) add sugar (165g) and put the saucepan on a very slow fire... all the time stir, wait to dissolve the sugar... once the sugar is dissolved, the mixture cools...

Decorate the cooled cakes with cream, sprinkle with grated lime zest and small sprigs of mint... Beautiful!
