Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user lesi called "Pie "darkie"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The festive variant of the pie maker or the "Soviet of Charlotte". Very chocolate, fragrant Apple pie!

Cooking
In comparison with the original recipe changed the quantity of some products and added the missing ingredients. The batter is simple: eggs, beat with sugar,
Continuing to whisk, pour in the vegetable oil and add cocoa, salt and cinnamon.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, mix everything thoroughly. The result is a fairly thick batter. In my opinion, the flour can take a little less then the dough will be "easier."
Turn on the oven at 180*C. Raisins I added directly into the dough. The apples are not cleaned from peel, just cored. Cut them arbitrarily: slices, rings, chunks - as someone like that.
The bottom of the form dimmed with baking paper, pour semolina or breadcrumbs. I sprinkled brown sugar on the cake turned out delicious caramel crust. Put nuts and apples.
Then spread and level the dough (I have a form 26 cm). Bake at 180*C for 40 minutes, remove, check for readiness with a dry stick. If the cake remains moist, place into the oven, reduce the temperature to 150*C and bake until ready (I have in total gone to 60 minutes for baking).
Give the cake a little to cool in pan, then overturn onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cake is very chocolaty, aromatic, slightly moist, with a caramel crust on top.
