A favorite recipe of our grandmothers, this very old recipe! My childhood is inextricably linked with my grandmother, I think I "grazed" in the village always! And always for the summer to the grandmother came to my brothers-sisters. One summer, poor old even slept in the bath: it's no joke, 12 grandchildren in the house! We like locusts, the river, the field, the ball, the on bikes... Broken knees, pimples, as soon as my grandma we were waterbowl?! Soup only 1 meal was cooked a bucket... But prismushki has always been, we scored all their pockets, and then even crumbs of the language collected, the air was fresh...

Like many recipes, but unlike these prisolec this: are the products of "gone with time"! In short, all the junk! Old sour cream, soured yogurt, the fact that my grandmother will never throw away - not used products throw! But in baking the most! In short, after examining the refrigerator (if there is one, of course!) remove: - the remains of sour cream, kefir, soured/fermented baked milk or sour milk, stale packet of mayonnaise to recruit such "Cavalese" we need 0.5 liters; - find 1 egg; - a pack of margarine (or old oil) so 200 grams; - shakes out from the pack teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon (or baking powder) soda to extinguish it! - 2 cups sugar - 6 cups flour (cups 200 grams).

Knead the dough: margarine to melt, cool a little (so as not to burn yourself) and add all our findings. Well-mix well, divide into 2 parts, each in a bag and in the freezer for 1 hour (so it's easier to roll out, the dough freezes and becomes like clay!). If the freezer no - bake immediately. Leaves grease, preheat the oven, roll out the dough to a height of approximately 0.5-1 cm, cut biscuits and lay out on greased sheets.

Can sprinkle prismushki sugar, chopped nuts, put berries, jam, whatever you want! My grandmother prismushki always cut with a thin glass, a Crescent moon, I walked away (!), cut with a cookie cutter! The dough will slightly rise, but will not spread so you can put closer. Baked prismushki quickly: the bottom is well reddened (a top light) - ready, take out! Especially delicious cold. And it is better to cut small molds, children pulled apart instantly! Prismushki not very sweet (in moderation) if you like it sweet - just increase the number of sugar. The output is big - 4 pan.
