This dish is perfect for those who don't have the time or desire to mess with yeast dough. All the cooking took me 15 minutes.
Sift the flour, pour sour cream and egg and add salt and soda. Knead the dough.
Pan greased with oil and half of the dough roll by the diameter of the pan. Spread with ketchup or tomato paste and put whatever toppings you want. I had boiled meat and greens. Sprinkle with cheese.
Spread into the pan, cover with a lid (a must!) and roast for 10 minutes on low heat.
