Shortcrust pie
Very simple and very tasty grated pie dough. Can be cooked with almost any sweet filling. This is a recipe from the cookbook my mom.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Marmalade

Margarine chop with 2 cups of flour.

Beat eggs with sugar. You can just whisk, no mixer.

Knead the dough with the addition of margarine-flour mixture, slaked soda and remaining 2 cups of flour.

Ready divide the dough into 4 pieces, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. And you can even make the dough the night before and bake the next day.

When the dough has sufficiently cooled, RUB on a large grater on the baking sheet 2 apart. Tamping is not necessary, just grate an even layer.

Put the stuffing, not reaching the edges. This time I did with the marmalade. A little regretted, as the marmalade in some places emerged.

The remaining 2 pieces of dough to grate on top of the filling. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
