Truffles with dried apricots and white chocolate
These candies are very simple, and their bright color and delicate taste will delight anyone. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Dried apricots

    10 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Pasta, peanut

    4 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Dried apricots wash, dry and cut into pieces.

Add the juice and zest of lemon, a little water, bring to boil and cook on minimum heat for 5 minutes.

Chocolate to melt.

Combine all the ingredients.

And grind immersion blender until a homogeneous mass, which is then put into the freezer for 20-25 minutes. I'm part of the mass is immediately spread out on silicone molds in the shape of a shield.

Roll into balls (or carefully remove from the molds, if you use them) and roll in coconut.
