Buglama
So far as I am a novice cook, but some times I cook this dish. And each time it turns out perfectly. As a special plus for me - over it is not necessary to stand. Put on the stove and go about their business. Baglama is considered the first dish, which is cooked with a small amount of liquid.

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Potatoes

  • Eggplant

  • Pepper

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Tomato

Cut the meat into pieces somewhere in the 3x3 and put in the pan the first layer.

Fourth onion cut into half rings, salt. Next, the tomatoes cut into circles carrots (I rubbed on a large grater), bell pepper slices.

In a pan pour 2 cups of water (broth) and simmer under the lid closed for 2 hours.

10 minutes before end of cooking, add the garlic, utsho-suneli, herbs, little dosolit to taste, add hot pepper. Serve hot.
