Chocolate porridge-pudding
Seriously, it's almost 2 to 1. Perfect for a hot Breakfast the whole family for the cold dessert sundae dish. And most importantly, I guarantee you, no one will know that it is a wonderful treat made from cereals.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    0.75 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

  • Chocolate milk

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

For this dessert you can use any cereal (oat, buckwheat, etc.). I took the rice flakes from the Mistral, as porridge they make the most tender, without any extra fiber. Mix the oats, sugar, cocoa powder and milk and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and leave for another couple minutes.

In a blender, grind cereal until smooth.

Pour into bowls or kremanki. Sprinkle coconut and chocolate chips. If you plan to give this mess as a dessert, chill it in the refrigerator (about 30 minutes - an hour).
