Oatmeal
Once I took the documents of the school and went to get a snack at the small café that presented the home kitchen. Saw the menu Guriev porridge and decided to try it., especially the waiter touted it as a know-how of the institution. Guryevskaya porridge was oatmeal made with milk for some reason, no berries, no cream, but with apples. Had to point that out. Porridge was not bad in taste, I added it and cooked in the scalded milk to the "Russian spirit smell"

Ingredients

  • Milk ghee

    500 ml

  • Oat flakes

    1.25 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Milk bring to a boil, add salt, sugar, add oatmeal and cook after boiling for 2-3 minutes.
