Pasta with cream sauce and red fish
Quick to prepare dish. Sauce with pieces of fish delicate taste. Perfect for unexpected guests, especially in combination with light vegetable salad and white wine.

    75 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

To prepare the fish. Fish steaks to clean from skin and bones, cut into cubes or strips with a minimum width of 1 see

Parsley wash, finely chop.

Pasta boil in salted water, adding a little oil (e.g., olive). Pasta is better to choose is not smooth, then the sauce clings to it better. But it is possible and spaghetti, as in this case.

Simultaneously with the cooking pasta, prepare sauce. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter, add the cream. If the cream is thick and dense, add a little milk. Initially, the sauce should be liquid.

Add salt (about 0.5 tsp), to taste. I add Basil and oregano.

Bring the sauce to a boil, and boil it very quickly. Add the prepared fish. All good stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain the water from the pasta. In the pan with the pasta add the sauce and stir everything thoroughly.

ALL! Total: preparation 5 minutes, cooking sauce, in parallel with the pasta - 10 minutes serving - 5 min. makes 8 servings here. Quick, tasty, filling and inexpensive :). Bon appetit! PS More delicious with white wine and a light vegetable salad (e.g. rocket salad with tomatoes and mozzarella).
