I was shown how to make avocado mousse and salmon mousse. Now I want to share how yummy this can be submitted to the festive table. My impromptu. Can someone come in handy. I certainly hope so!

In small molds put the dough. Molds first oil. Prick the dough with a fork. If there are peas, beans - add on the bottom of the forms. So when baking, the dough is not swollen. Bake until Golden brown, until done. To be honest, I didn't have anything to fall asleep. Swollen the bottom I slammed on, while it was hot, hands back. Crumbled crumbs emptied.
A teaspoon spread mousses. Avocacy on one side, salmon on the other. Decorate with petrushechka. And that's all. Yummy unusual!
