Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Nanosha called "Homura" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The original recipe has undergone revision, however, the main line is maintained. The result is a fragrant, beautiful and delicious soup.

Cooking
Main ingredients - meat, vegetables and herbs.
Wash mutton and chop to the ribs.
In a large cast-iron pan put the meat and carrots, peeled and chopped into large chunks. Fill with cold water, add olive oil and leave to cook 30 minutes on medium heat, regularly removing the foam.
Cut the onion half rings and add to the broth.
Now is the time of tomatoes and peppers. Add all this to the pot along with the Bay leaf and peeled garlic, salt to taste and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
Then put the whole peeled potatoes and cook under a lid until potatoes are done.
Ready soup remove from heat. In a plate spread the meat, vegetables, pour the broth, sprinkle with chopped herbs and ground pepper. In conclusion, I want to give a recommendation. If you cut the vegetables at least a little less dish in taste will not lose, but win in the flow.
