Cheese lavash rolls
A quick appetizer that disappears quickly. Creamy filling and crunchy fried pita. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

Pita bread cut into rectangles of about 10x12. Melted cheese slice on the long side of 10 slices each.

40 gr. butter Ekomilk TM of 82.5% at room temperature to mix with the garlic, squeezed through a press and dried or fresh dill.

Each rectangle spread with the butter mix and put two slices of cheese in the distance.

Roll the lavash first on the long side, then wrap as roll.

Folded close to each other. The edges are not expanded.

In a pan melt 10 gr. of butter and fry the rolls until Golden brown on medium heat. Quick snack is ready! Very creamy and delicious with garlic!
