  • Flour

  • Nuts

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Apple

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Milk

    60 ml

  • Petals

    1 handful

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

The nuts dry on a dry pan and punch in a blender until crumbs.

Mix flour, nuts and baking powder.

Then add apples, peeled and diced 1.2 cm

A baking dish (diameter 20 cm) covered with an oiled parchment, put the dough and flatten. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 60 minutes.
