Buckwheat biscuits with poppy seeds
Baking with buckwheat flour has a pleasant flavor and a light caramel flavor. This cookie recipe buckwheat flour interesting with Mac.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    65 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    100 g

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Soda

    1 coup

  • Mac

Both types of flour, mix and sift. Add sugar, salt, a pinch of baking soda.

Add soft butter, stir by hand into crumbs. Separately, mix yolk, cream and sour cream, pour into flour mixture.

Knead the dough. Floured table, roll a sausage of dough (about 20 cm), spread on a Board and put into the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. To turn on the oven, get the sausage and lubricate the protein.

Roll in mixture of sugar and Maca (a tablespoon of each).

Cut the roll into circles about 0.5 cm thick. Pour into pan, sprinkle the remaining poppy seeds with the sugar.
