Chocolate cake with pears

Ingredients

  • Butter

    220 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat the butter with sugar. Add the eggs one by one, without stopping whisking. Sift together the flour, starch, baking powder and cocoa. Mix the dry mixture into the butter-yolk and stir well. Vystelit paper cake pan, spread the batter into the pan and push it pear in a row.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
