Lemon dessert
Now, when it gets hotter, light dessert cream better than cakes as a sweet after lunch. This option is very simple but its taste does not suffer.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    120 g

  • Milk concentrated

    1 piece

  • Jelly

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon juice

    7 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

The cookies turn into crumbs with a blender.

Jell-o dissolved in 200 ml of hot water, add lemon juice. Cool.

Get the milk out of the freezer, it must be very cold, otherwise you will not whipped. Beat thoroughly with a mixer at a very high speed. When the mixture becomes thick, add the powdered sugar (tablespoons without the "roller coaster"). Continue whisking. Usually advised to whip evaporated milk large stationary mixer, which I always did.
