Cooking
With orange to remove the zest and squeeze the juice, remove the seeds of cardamom. Add juice, zest and cardamom in the rice, pour water and put on fire.
When the liquid evaporated more than half, add in the rice, grated ginger, and condensed milk.
To remove the heat to low and simmer under a lid for 5-10 minutes.
