Description
Sauce "GUAC" (guacamole) — appetizer of mashed pulp of avocado. Traditionally, the "guacamole" eat with chips and toast; it also goes well with fried potatoes or meat in breadcrumbs. There are many recipes for this sauce, which differ with different additives, seasonings and the degree of comminution of the components. I suggest You try one of the most common versions - with tomatoes, onion, garlic, and lime juice. Very light and healthy sauce, you can also widely used in dietary and vegetarian food!
In a blender or mixer grind avocado, tomato, onion, garlic with the addition of Tabasco sauce ( or hot pepper), salt, and olive oil until smooth.
