Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Red onion

In a saucepan, add water 1.3 l and put on the fire. When the water boils, lay out the thawed shrimp, add salt to taste. Shrimp boil 3 minutes, and recline them in a colander, saving the broth. Shrimp put in a bowl and clean them. Put the soup again on the heat and spread the rice. Red rice is cooked a little more than usual. So the carrots and onions put in about 20 minutes. Then we put peppers and tomatoes. The veggies are all cut randomly as you like.

Cook until cooked vegetables and rice. It's 15 minutes.

Cook the spices and chop herbs finely.

Put in a pot spices. Red pepper, put a burning taste. If the soup will have children, then the pepper, you might miss a prescription. Put the turmeric, olive oil, olives and herbs. All cook for another 5 minutes, put peeled shrimp and remove from heat. Outside of the post, at the end of cooking, this soup I spread grated cheese. Keep the fire with a couple of minutes so the cheese melted. It is very tasty!
