Traditional Greek fish soup
Greek soup... Yeah, not the Greeks we soups to learn, because we have them so many, and they are all different in different ways delicious!! The Greeks also ( I'm talking about classic, traditional soup) soup 1. The same set of products, the only difference in the basis of: fish - of psarosoupa, chicken - of kotosoupa, veal - mosharova! It's simple! They eat and bean soups, but the soups are not considered and called fasolada! So, the Greek soup! Simple and very tasty!!!

The first rule of the Greek soup - the vegetables must be chopped coarsely! Our Russian soups with finely chopped potatoes and grated carrots - Greeks may not understand. So potatoes cut coarsely.

The soup is poured into plates, divide the fish into portions and lay on plates. Another rule is the soup without the lemon cake. To taste, add the lemon juice. For example, I added to my plate the juice from 1-1. 5 lemons, although at first it seemed very strange!
