Ingredients: 6 eggs, big onion, ham 200g, dough 500-600g.
Form 26 cm greased with butter.
Put the dough in the form and flatten.
Very finely chop the onion.
On top of the onions, spread the diced ham.
For the ham gently beat eggs to break the yolk. Salt.
Gently lay the dough on top. Pierce the dough with a fork so as not to get on the yolk. Attention!!! not to puncture the yolk.
Put in preheated oven until 180gr. for 30-35 minutes.
Watch as rising. Breathe in the aromas.
You can eat both hot and cold. Bon appetit!!!
