Cooking
In flour, add protein, butter (cut into cubes), 1 tablespoon of water. Knead the dough with your hands, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Toppings: Onions and garlic finely chop, fry in vegetable oil. Meat cut into cubes, add to the onions, fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the rice (boil as directed on package). Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll the dough, cut out circles. On half of the circles to lay out portions of the filling. Cover with the remaining circles. Blind region. Cakes lay on a baking sheet, brush with yolk, sprinkle with cumin. Send in a hot oven. Bake until Golden brown.
