  • Beef liver

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

To start to make the carrots in Korean, you can cook your favorite recipe or buy ready-made, I always make with this seasoning

Liver boil, leave to cool in the water in which boiled, then it will be juicier. The cooled liver cut into strips. Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Mix carrots, liver, onion, mayonnaise. Let stand for a couple of hours. Bon appetit!
