Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Ballerina under the name "onion spicy Sauce" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". This sauce fairly easy to prepare, and nice sharpness and rich taste would be a good addition to the dishes of meat or poultry.

Cooking
This photo shows the main ingredients of the sauce.
In appropriate size skillet, melt half of the butter and fry in it the flour until Golden brown.
Gently stir pour in the broth. Allow to simmer for about three minutes and turn off heat.
On the second frying pan fry the remaining oil, the finely chopped red onion. When the onion is ready, add the tomato paste, wine vinegar, chopped gherkins, salt and pepper.
We connect the two workpieces.
Boil the sauce while stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes.
Served with meat or poultry.
