Cooking
Milk to boil with butter (1 tbsp) over low heat with a small amount of salt, sugar and nutmeg.
Pour the semolina in a thin stream to make a thick porridge.
Remove the porridge from heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and lastly the beaten eggs (not curled). Mix well. Divide porridge into 3 parts.
Grate a small beetroot, a small carrot, a kiwi and put in different bowls. Add 1/3 of the cereal into each bowl and stir. The mixture should be thick, so more than 3 tbsp grated mix in porridge to add)))
Out of it formed into round or square cakes, spread them with butter, sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and bake in the oven. I put the dough in silicone molds, added a slice of banana, sprinkled a little cheese and put in a well preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes.
Ready-made cakes out of the oven, slightly cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut and serve with sour cream, with jam, honey, choice is yours. And in the heat and cold, the cakes are delicious!!! Bon appetit! PS For adults porridge is prepared similarly, but without added sugar, fruit and vegetables, i.e. salty. Tortillas and served with green salad and tomato sauce.
