Porridge with pumpkin in pots
Today is not only my debut on the Cook, but the debut of the pumpkin on our table. I hope you will appreciate it, as I am. Help yourself to health!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.75 cup

  • Pumpkin

    2 cup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sugar

    8 tsp

Soak the pots in cold water for about 30 minutes. The first step spread on the bottom of the pot a piece of butter.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

Rinse the millet and put it in pots. On top lay a piece of butter. Sprinkle with salt and add 2 teaspoons of sugar.

Spread on top of the pumpkin, a little oil and two teaspoons of sugar, but without salt. Pour hot water on one phalanx of the index finger above the pumpkin. Put in oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 250 degrees.

An hour in the apartment is a beautiful fragrance, and finally, get the pots out of the oven. Mix thoroughly the contents of the pots. If necessary or desired, add more butter. Porridge butter will not spoil!
